It has been one of the worst week for Theresa May's government since the general election, a round of reports in the Guardian about the

status of people from the Windward generation resulted in some questions about

what is going on with Britain's migration system. Paperwork was destroyed by the home office that gave

these Caribbean migrants their status within the UK. It's raised a lot of

questions about whether Theresa May's quote, hostile environment was to blame.
