Hey, everyone. Like many of you, I sometimes struggle with willpower. Well, okay, I guess technically

his full name is William Power. He's my bully on Reddit. But I also struggle with sticking to goals.

Well, today's book is The Willpower Instinct by Professor Kelly McGonagall, who really transfigured my

understanding. It's a book of interesting willpower tips that may be true or may not be.

I tried diving into the literature, but quickly lost the willpower. And this is the book pile.

I'm Kellyn Ersk, and I'm a comic, a father, and one time I went three years without soda,

and it was the first three years of my life.

And I'm David Vance. When I was a kid, I thought the Pachycephalosaurus was one of the coolest dinosaurs. So I used my willpower to force myself to headbutt brick walls. And for some reason,

I just thought I should be able to do it. And I was so ashamed at how much it hurt because I thought that was weakness.
