Yeah, I worked for the WHA for nine years, so it's for changes which are significant to what we're talking about, I think, over that time.

So, yeah, we, the hantavirus has almost gone from the news, which is interesting, isn't it?

Because it's been replaced by a new Ebola outbreak, but how can we explain it there was a cruise ship you know the

droppings of rodents perhaps certain rats and mice the variant, which this was, also has in the past,

recorded human-to-human transmission, but very close. So nurses looking after very sick people

who've got the virus from a rodent have then got the virus from the person. So there is recorded person-to-person transmission,

but it needs close contact and it's very limited.

We're told that it has a very high mortality,

but that is the mortality rate of people who come to the medical attention or admitted to hospital
