Folks, I'm really pleased to have with me writer-director, Ramin Barani, to discuss his latest film, the WGA-nominated film for Best Adaptation, The White Tiger.

You know, I've been a fan of Ramin's for years.

I love his work, and it's so cool that we finally got to have him in the podcast.

And it was cool to kind of go back a little through his previous works and just hear his take on them, although I would spend a lot more time, as you know, if I had the time.

But, you know, look, the White Tiger is a great flick.

And it's highly entertaining.

It's absolutely no surprise at all.

It got a WGA nomination because this was a really good adaptation.

And as you'll hear, Rameen had to do some heavy lifting in places of even some of the

subtlest switches, sometimes structurally and other such things, but it could make a world

of difference in the finished film.

And you'll hear us talk about that.
