Hey y'all, it's Monica. Recently I had the opportunity to talk to Ricky

verandis from the Ripple Effect. You probably know him from the Union of the

unwanted. He's such a nice guy, such a great guy,

and we always start out wanting to talk about politics

and news of the day, and we just end up talking about life

and philosophy of life, and it's just always very uplifting.

So we put together for you just a highlight reel of that show with Ricky,

so maybe it's half of what the actual show was.

It's crazy looking back and reflecting it's I'm still stunned how far it went and how much they got away with like when you look at it. It's like okay, there's so many things that made it obvious for like a person like you and I that this was, had nothing to do with a disease,

is had nothing to do with the virus, is that nothing to do with trying to protect or save people.

And yet it like, I mean to get to that point where people are screaming at each other,

there was tension in the air.

There was, I mean, I couldn't go anywhere without feeling like there was just anxiety everywhere like there was some you know and it really made me

think about those you know all those studies

all of us being connected because it's like you felt it.

I remember I couldn't go to the grocery store without feeling like there's tension everywhere and then like once COVID got behind us

Well, you know for the most part yeah like just people start smiling a little more people started

You know being a little more, people started, you know, being a little friendlier, there wasn't as much anxiety, and it really, it just felt like I couldn't quantify it, I couldn't understand what I was feeling

or sensing, but I sensed it. I mean even today I go I went

you know I go to the gym every morning and like today I was just like between sets
