0:20.4	Our tough story over the weekend the CDC they had a moratorium on evictions and the Supreme Court a while back ruled that it would expire on schedule, which was July 31st.

0:40.4	like it doesn't even rise to the level of a regulatory body of the CDC that they cannot make a law like that it's such a weird non-medical thing to say
0:49.6	evictions had to be suspended during because of policies because of a pandemic they said existed
0:58.4	without evidence I would add but it just it's just too many degrees away from what they could even be arguably responsible for.
1:06.0	So I consider that totally unconstitutional, stuff like that if it's going to affect the country should be a congressional law.
1:11.0	And even that would be unconstitutional because it would violate the
1:14.0	Tenth Amendment. But I have a suspicion that they're allowing this. They could have kicked the can there is a lot of negative press about Biden saying kind of at the last minute
1:26.8	that he wasn't going to do anything to extend this I mean if it was if it was
1:31.1	okay for the CDC to do it, then it definitely, I think could have fallen under an executive
1:38.3	order, which I also think are totally unconstitutional, but I'm just saying would it hold up?
