Christmas time.

America spent four Christmases at war,

and each one brought with it challenges.

Families separated by war. many husbands and fathers, thousands of miles away from home.

It could be a lonely and difficult time.

And it also could be a refreshing time.

Time to find joy and happiness.

In the midst of horrific death tolls, find solace in the

peace on earth that Christmas promises. Wartime Christmas shows could be heartwarming and hilarious

and occasionally a little bit weird depending on who was writing them.
