All right, the Reds, it's the weekender from the Amfield Raff and today we shall be talking

about the Lincoln City game, the thrashing of Lincoln City

Jamie Carrigan about his new podcast the new book he's got coming out and also Scott Munson from Nike

who will be telling us about why the new kits are a bestseller.

But before all that I've got Lizzie Doyle, I've got Chloe Blocksum and I've got Ian Salmon.

And I'm talking about the League Cup and Lizzie it was Boss running.

You know I think it's a bit of a mad competition these days and we say this every year and we actually haven't had that

mad debate we have every single year about whether it's worthwhile and all that evidence so

you know we're just flying through all these fixtures that I think everyone forgot to

have that debate this year so perhaps

everyone just sat down and watched it and probably ended up enjoying it given that Liverpool scored seven goals.

Yeah I think everyone enjoyed it because I think it was really exciting to see the players that we haven't seen so far.

I think that's what I was looking forward to most, so that like Minamino, seeing in play, seeing a bit more to Curtis Jones, who we all want to break into the first 11 at some

point in the future. There's just a good cut seeing the new signing so it's Simmercaste

and Diego Jota. Thereer. There was some really good.

I think that's what was that getting me excited to watch it.

But I just really enjoyed myself last night and I think I think like it was a case of

I don't know whether it had to do with the fact that this season is the way that it is and there's no fans and so you're sort of like you don't want to take anything for granted. I don't really know why but part of me is thinking because it's moving quite quickly. Whereas I think in a normal season it doesn't it feels like a pain in the ass doesn't it.

It feels like it gets in the way of everything whereas they've got the
