It is the weekender, you might wonder what the weekender is and why you're not getting

city talk. The reason why is because what we've decided to do is replace city talk

with a show called The Weekender, which allows us to explore a little bit more of the Liverpool Week,

which allows us to anticipate more of what the Liverpool weekend's going to look like, and which allows us just to get it into more stuff and also

something that we can put out early on a Friday morning so hopefully this has turned up in

your free fees you're nice and excited thinking good lord the amfield rapper Sharp at 8 a.m. this morning giving me something to listen to on the way to work.

That's what we want.

We almost want to be your breakfast show.

Adam, how would you feel about breakfast radio?

I like breakfast radio and I do breakfast podcasts and I think when I wake up on Friday morning I'll be disappointed that I was actually on this show

I'll probably listen to it anyway, but I'll be like I was gonna say well there's bits that you haven't heard
