It is our prayer that the message will be a help to you today. tremendous doubt about my own salvation how many of you ever went through a period of doubt would you raise your hand

and uh i was telling somebody this this week, but I read First John umpteen times and talked to every evangelist that blew through town.

I must have prayed a thousand times.

Lord, I want to settle this over and over and over and over.

It was miserable.

It was just miserable.

And somebody said, well, when did you get victory? When did you get settled? This sounds so simple. There was no vision in the sky, none of that.

But there was a moment when it dawned on me, and I realize now it is the work of the Holy Spirit that

turns that light on. But there was a moment when I realized

and accepted and appropriated this simple truth. You ready? Jesus is enough. And when I was listening to

her seeing this tonight, that's what I thought about he really is enough and aren't you

glad jesus can take question marks and straighten them out and make exclamation points out of them

and i'm glad to be a christian i'm glad to be serving the lord i'm glad to be here with you your pastor

and i've had such a good day together today we have walked with cyrus mccormick we have walked with stonewall jackson we have walked with Cyrus McCormick. We have walked with Stonewall Jackson.

We have walked with Rader Ogden today.

And it has been just a really enjoyable day of fellowship.

You've got a great pastor.

I thank the Lord for the way that God has used him here in this place and excited to see what God is doing at this present time in this church.
