the great Antonio Mazzaro. Antonio, how you doing? You shouldn't tell people we're in this

attic, Josh. We're hiding out. We're hiding out. Somebody's going to come into this attic and ask

to see our papers. Oh, God, no, please. Too real, but also Barry Andor, which is the subject of this week's episode of the weekend program.

We are talking about the first three episodes of Season 2 of Andor, which has just arrived, shall be arriving for the next couple of weeks in batches of three on Disney Plus.

Antonio and I, big fans of Andor Season 1.

We'll talk about why.

We will talk about these three episodes in specific.

We'll talk about some of the things we hope to see as Andor drives towards the finish line.

This is the second and final season of Andor because I am to understand there's

a movie that completes the Andor storyline that already exists. Yes, there's one, a rogue film

out there living outside of the Star Wars universe. No, it lives right there in the middle of

between the prequels and the first three films. So yes, Rogue One is there. It was originally

a five-season plan, I think, for the television show, and then ultimately condensed to two.

So we get moments, like, and we'll talk about some of the moments we get this week, where we get

a character's backstory in two sentences that we might have spent an episode or two or more on

if we were doing a five-season plan.

So very elegant the way Andor has approached cutting a longer plan to a shorter one.

And I'm excited to talk about it with you, Josh, today, at least the first three episodes and why we like the show, like you said.

And also, I'm excited to talk to you about it because I think some of our audience maybe

aren't Star Wars fans.

I know that's the case, but they're big TV fans.
