What we will talk about today, are we going to talk about whether or not the caps have turned a corner on their season, and we're going to open up the mailbag.

But first, Tark, you had a very special day yesterday going out to the hospital.

Why don't you tell me about that?

Well, it was a lot of fun, man.

I will tell you, I'm not sure who has more fun at these events, the kids who are actually in hospital and going through some very serious issues or the players themselves.

You know, you can kind of detect when you've covered sports long enough and you've been to enough community events, you can kind of detect when players are there because, you know, they're supposed to be

there and they've been told to be there. And you can tell when players are into what they are doing

away from the athletic arena. And I can tell you, to a man, the Capitals players, they
