I'm gonna be gone for the next week. It's the first time off I've taken since I

started doing this podcast at the very beginning of 2017.

So the whole Lynch-Shanahan era,

I haven't taken a week off.

But I'm going to this week, get my mind right,

get ready for the 2020 season, this Super Bowl run, the revenge tour that the 49ers are going on in 2020.

So I'll be back five days a week next Monday.

it's gonna be a lot of the same stuff it's going to be

very similar show to Lockton NFL but we have our name on the marquee now the

locked on NFL show will stay but it'll be rebranded be working a little bit

differently there with some different hosts every day,
