We're studying right now the great journeys of the Bible, and we've talked about a number of journeys

chapter 24. Now, we've talked about Abraham's journey of faith and Sarah made the trip with him

and that he brings his son Isaac along. That's great. But the truth is most of us are not

In Genesis 24 we find one of the great journeys of the Bible in the example

of Abraham's servant, Eleazar. He is a unique man, a man that is used of God to fulfill his part

that he did not know to a people he was not well acquainted with and to pick out a bride for

Abraham's son, Isaac. Now you want to talk about a hard task. It's hard enough to find the right

else, and yet that was his mission. In Genesis 24 and verse number six, Abraham says this to him,
