Turn with me, please, in the scriptures to 2. Peter the third chapter and 2 Timothy the second chapter.

2. Peter 3 and 2 Timothy 2.

We've been on this for some time on a series called The Way Out.

And the Lord's helped us marvelously in it.

I know he has.

Because it's taken on some things and going on some directions I didn't know about.

I hadn't planned.

And that's the way it always is when we follow him.

It's beyond us.

But is there a way out?

And is there a way back?

Yes.

Now, if you haven't been with us, we've covered a lot of ground.

We actually are near the end of this series.

That doesn't mean you've covered it all.

It's just like you unhooked from part of it.

Later on we'll come back and hook to it again as the Lord would lead us.

But the Lord knows what we need for each season.

And just like in your diet, sometimes your diet can be deficient in one area, maybe too much of something

in another area, and you need an adjustment, and then that can change from year to year,

and all the word of God is good, but the Lord knows what we need emphasize to us right now.
