It's a wonderful day, a very warm day outside and warm inside too.

For this morning we're going to speak about the way of love.

And there's a special magic in love.

Today's talk is a continuation of what we were discussing last Sunday.

Love of God, but a very special kind of love, the higher practice of

Bhakti. You see, there is a kind of Bhakti where love of God, where we approach God to solve

our problems. I have, I'm suffering or somebody close to me is suffering and I pray to God.

There's this lady who wrote a beautiful book about religion in the 21st century and she

says that she was an atheist or at least not interested in God.

But then her son was suffering from a very severe disease and in in the hospital, while his treatment was going on,

they have chapels in the hospitals.

So she says, I don't know why I just went there to sit quietly with no intention to pray,

but I found myself praying.

There is a saying that there are no atheists in the foxholes,

in the trenches, in the war, no atheists.

So when I'm in trouble, when I'm suffering, I reach out to God.

That's one kind of Bhakti.

There's another kind of Bhakti.
