Whoa, whoa, whoa, welcome back to lunchtime with Mike Nguyen.

It's lunchtime.

It's Thursday.

This is my little lunch window.

My glycemic index or whatever, the sugar thing crashing right now.

I am shaking.

This is shaking is the optimal condition to be in when making a

podcast. I don't know if you know that. I always tried to record Asia not Asian in the morning,

partially because this is when I could, you know, leave my family for a little while,

but also you just got to get the caffeine directly into the brain,

smush it all up in your synapses, and in my opinion, that's where some of the best

podcasting magic comes from, when you're kind of like in this like hyper aware

coffee slurry state and that's what I'm at right now so it's still Thursday morning I'm

going to release this within minutes okay not even hot off the presses right hot off of the

ATP that I'm burning right now in order to

get my neurons going. Is that how neurons work? I have no idea. And getting, get all my

thoughts out directly into this microphone that goes into my phone that is being transcribed

on some hard drive, taking that, air-dropping it to my machine,

putting that directly into the internet, which goes directly into your brains, which then burns ATP on your side

in order to comprehend what's going on.

Woof.
