Well, it's a massive weekend of European rugby, and we have Welsh interest right at the heart of it.

The dragons flying high after a stunning runner form are into the Challenge Cup semi-finals and they face French heavyweights Montpellier out in France on Sunday afternoon.

Joining me then to look ahead to this one, a man who has won this competition, James Hook, another one who is second on the Dragons, all-time top tri-scoring list, Ashton Hewitt, and a man who has coached in over 100 test matches, who also led the Dragons to their last Challenge Cup semi-final, 10 years ago, against Montpellier.

Yeah, well, I thought, I didn't know way to pitch it. I got a scruffy jumper out there. I was going to put it on top, but it was a bit hot in here. So you're I am in the shirt.

But how are you? And tell me, does it feel like 10 years ago you were in that semi-final? No, I don't. I was even going to correct you. I've been here going to say it was eight years ago, but I don't know where my mind was.
