| 1:25.7 | Christmas off was nice, but... Last time you were on, it was was the case it was a real early plant of the scene. Yeah, got in nice and new this year. It's been a while since I've had Christmas off, but yeah, the knob, he's worn off now and I'm ready to get back playing. So it was a silver lining in the end then. Down West Wales enjoying life, were you? It was within Lowe's sat in the floor opening presents with six and seven year old, so it wasn't all good, you know. And John would be waiting for this moment. How was the barbecued Christmas turkey? It went down well. It was a job to brine it, a 14-hourine and I think I had to have a paddling pool to brine it because it was so big. So it was worth it though. I enjoyed it. Good. Yeah, good reviews. So yeah. I'm enjoying the cooking content. Thank you. I'm enjoying making it and eating it, I've got to say. There's some good product there. So it keeps me busy. Following all steps next is it on Marschard? Oh no, I don't know about that. They don't have like barbecues in the kitchen there. They want to pony. Yeah, exactly that. I'm outdoor man now, so that's it. Yeah, so it turns out you do not need to go to Australia for a barbaked Christmas lunch. Poncana will do the job. Well, there was, my wife who took a photo, Blue Skies, and I think I was wearing just burks as well. So it was like, it was cold, don't get me wrong, but it looked like I was down south. But not all good, good Christmas. You were quite skeptical aboutical about Yorkshire puddings, Ellis Jenkins' Yorkshire puddings at a Christmas dinner. How did they go? Were they roaring success? Yeah, nail them. Nail them. Nailed the beef as well. I spent, I have to sort of retract what I said. I said, Sophie, we do almost the cooking. She did absolutely nothing and I was in the kitchen all day. So she played that one well. I'm sure she was busy on Christmas Day doing something. Looking after the boys? No, her family were over doing that. She was just relaxing the glass of wine, I think. We'll get Sophie on next week to give her say. But we are here to look back over the festive period this week. |
