It's The Wachowski's and Tom Tickford. In a massive directing collective,

well, massive. Okay, there's three people. But when you look at their work, Tom did run the

run and perfume, and Wachowski's, of course, did bound and owed the matrix among other things,

and they all directed together, Cloud Atlas, which I cannot recommend to you enough. That movie

is fucking dazzling. It's a kind of movie that you can see that I want to see it three or four

times because there's so much density with stuff that's going on in the movie,

that you could watch it a few times and see a different movie each time. So,

I don't want to give too much away about it. I will say there are some mild spoilers in this podcast,

not nothing earth-shattering, but if you wanted to go into Cloud Atlas with a blank slate,

then maybe put this off until, until after you see the movie. But not to sound pretentious, but

I really, this was a lovely philosophical discussion about art and filmmaking and expressing

ideas and figuring out who you are. And, you know, what I learned from talking to the three of them
