And we're going to have a little holiday fun because I'm

telling you guys I have been living from one sugar spike or one sugar buzz to the next over the

past couple of days tons of family events it's been fun it's been great bouncing with the in-laws

bouncing with the family and I really made a massive change to my

diet a couple of years ago. And for the most part, I cut out sweets altogether. But I don't know

if this is just getting into my mid-30s now or what, or this is just a sign of old age here. But when I

eat like one or two pieces of pie or something like that or one or two pieces

of cake, I mean, the nap that I have afterwards is just extraordinary or how tired I get from something

as ridiculous as just eating a piece of cake or eating a couple of cookies. I never thought that I would

be that guy that like, oh yeah, the cookies make me tired or the food

makes me react a certain way. But that's the holiday season. And I've really tried to lean in this
