My Wednesday wisdom is turn off the television, get off the social media,

recognize a truth that no other show will hip you to, which is the world, the real world,

is the one that you deal with when you're in the real world.

What you see on your television smartphone or a pad screen does not represent the real world.

But I can't prove that to you unless for 24 or 48 hours of your life, you will turn off all the 24-hour news, turn off the social

media, and just exist without commentary, without your favorites, whether your favorites Tucker

Carlson or Rachel Maddow, that doesn't matter,ist for 24, 48 hours a week, a month.

Just taking the world in.

Use the stimuli of the world, the data that comes in.
