And I've already had a busy morning, Eric, cleaning out my fridge, my pantry, and just

getting rid of everything in there, man.

Can I just say something right out of the shoot here?

Do we have to get angry about every damn thing that comes down? I feel like people are on such edge that they only know how to

respond to things emotionally, and nine times out of ten, that emotion is anger. And some of it

is tied to tradition, I guess. I got news for everybody.

This is a fact of life.

Maybe the most important, if you want to be able to adjust to your life as the years go by,

the most important thing to come to terms with is that change is the only thing that stays the same throughout your life.

Things change.

And if the Aunt Jemima, it's actually they're owned by Quaker Oats, who by the way, the Quakers were by 1761, they were on the record as being against slavery.
