Hopefully you had a happy, very merry Christmas and a happy new year. I did. Thank you very much. And you as well. I hope that's the same. I have got some stories. I literally landed from San Juan Puerto Rico yesterday, and I want to tell you all about that. There's also a ton of news. I figured I did a really good job

over the past couple of weeks of unplugging and trying my best to not be so focused on the news

cycle. But man, I come back and it's just right there waiting for me. I mean, there's so many

stories. I mean, today alone, I love this story about Trump saying that exercise is boring

and, you know, people going after him for his health. Again, I feel like it's such an old story.

First off, I'll least leave this teaser out there. I agree with them. Exercise is so boring.

But once you get done with it, it feels great. And I have more to say about that.

I know for my fellow UGA fans, the dogs fans out there, my goodness, last night was tough.
