And we go ahead and say hi there. Hello.

And my name is Stefan Pappas, and I'm here doing the introductions. And then I like to, you know,

just stay quiet and let things run themselves.

You know, like a good manager, I've, I've orchestrated things, architected things so I can just step away and it all just sort of runs itself. So I'm just going to be quiet now. I love it when,

by the way, when I was in meetings and stuff back when I was in corporate, I would love when,

like the head guy would come in and say, I'm just here observing, right? You're like,

don't worry about me. Everybody in the room knows that if they step in the wrong direction or get

out of line with his thinking, yeah, he's hoping that, you know, maybe he'll learn something new from

the team. You know, an idea that he hasn't heard of before that he hasn't had himself yeah guess what it ain't gonna happen no he's

looked at the ledger we need to drop two people i'm gonna start sitting in on meetings and figure out

which two are the easiest to let go without hurting my company there's no other reason for the big

guy to be there i'm just here don't want it's like uh i i was too young at the time to really be able to assess it, but probably same thing was happening every once in a while, like the principal or the vice principal would sit in on the class, sort of auditing the class, but they're not auditing the children. They're auditing the teacher. And this is back in the 70s when I went to school when you could fire a teacher.

And like it wasn't like it is now where you have to go through 800 hurdles and prove that

they actually read pornography to the class in order to maybe possibly get them fired.

A principal could just call and say, you know what, this one ain't getting it done. This one, you know, send this science teacher to some neighborhood with nothing but dummies.
