I was in a similar situation, in a work environment situation.

Absolutely not getting along with this woman, this coworker, Lisa.

And our boss, Kathy, recognized this was going on over the course of a couple of months.

And I don't really remember why I hated her, why she hated me.

It was just friction, always there.

Bad chemistry.

It's a really bad thing.

So she calls us, we're coming to this meeting, and we think we're going to be talking about something else, right?

And it's the three of us in the conference room, and we're sitting down at the table.

The meeting's ready to start and Kathy gets up and says I'm going to leave this room and I'm going to come back in 30 minutes.

You two are going to figure out whatever this shit is and it ends now.

And did you?

So she left the room and I said to her, I said, well, we got to figure out a way to fake our way through

this to make Kathy think that we're not fighting anymore.

What do you want to do?

And we cooperated enough to fake our way through it, which was all that was necessary.
