I don't want to blame George, but, uh, what revelation were you having about Norwegian wood there?

I woke up this morning with this song in my head, you know, how that happens sometimes.

It's either cars for kids or Norwegian wood.

And today was a good day because it was Norwegian wood.

And it's because you put it there a couple of days ago.

We were talking about the song with this revelation that, well, a revelation for me of the meaning of the end of the song.

You've been listening to it for years and years and years.

I had no idea.

And had no idea that at the very end, because I find it to be very, it's kind of capricious.

I don't see in the song that there's any real reason.

I don't know that the, I mean, he's the married one.

I don't know if she's married.

He's cheating on his wife.

And I don't know that she's so terrible in any way, but the last line of the wood, so I lit a fire, isn't it good,

Norwegian wood? And yeah, he just burnt the place down. Yeah. I know that for years I thought it was

like in the fireplace. That's what I thought too. But in the song, he's not talking about wood

in the fireplace. He's looking around the room.

Isn't it good Norwegian wood?
