And then I went right back down, and as fast as I came up, I opened my eyes, and I looked to my left and right, and my friends were still there, but something had happened.

This is touched by heaven. Everyday encounters with God,

those moments when heaven and earth collide,

and we see God.

We see his hand reaching out to us,

attempting to get our attention,

inviting us into a closer relationship.

It's just, boom. You know, it's just, well, I drove through

the other car and suddenly I was on the other side. It's like, wait, what? Jesus appeared, said X,

and then he was gone. I saw Mary, she smiled, she was gone. It's just, an angel said,

and it was, and it was like these brief little encounters, but not so little, life-changing.

They're life-changing.

Sometimes it's an awakening, an invitation.

That's what this episode is.

It's an awakening of someone who is feeling a bit lost and an invitation.

And Jesus says, I was just reading John chapter 15, he talks about,

talking to the apostles. He says, you didn't choose me. I chose you. And elsewhere in the
