In 2012, a late-night marketing task turned into an unforgettable paranormal experience at the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway. After a long day of promoting races, three women—an intern, her boss, and a fellow coworker—were returning a special pace car to the infield garage. The track was empty. Silent. A single security guard patrolled the grounds, informing them he was the only one on duty that night.

As they loaded materials into their SUV in the shadow of the massive, historic racetrack—where over 250,000 fans gather on race day—something strange interrupted the calm. At first, it sounded like a muffled song, as if coming from a purse. But this wasn’t modern music—it had the warped, crackling tone of a phonograph. Then, a voice. A deep, male voice, sudden and clear: “Get out.”

Panic overtook them. The three women threw the remaining boxes into the SUV, slammed the trunk shut, and scrambled to get inside—fighting over the front seat in pure fear. They didn’t look up. They didn’t ask questions. They just drove.
