Summary

There’s something beautifully and incredibly violent about the love of God. It marks those who surrender to this love with a constraining or a detox of everything that is not love. It’s God who sends judgment towards anything in us that is not of loves kind.

And it's important that we don't categorize love. You know, the example I live because of the home I live in

Every time we think of love, I think sometimes we think of love

in the sense of, you know, romanticism. And that's not actually

what agape means. That's present within agape, but agape or God love has, and charity's not even a good

enough word. But agape is an other centeredness. And one of the ways that I can always tell that somebody's

encountering the real gospel and really being ambushed by the love of God is the love of God is

the love of God is constraining them and there is this process of detoxing from everything that is not love.
