So I mentioned last week that the CNN interview of me and others here in Moscow had dropped and it caused a big splash, a big splash resulted.

One of the splashes, or one of the big droplets from the splash was a separate issue from 19th Amendment stuff for Christian nationalism stuff.

And I wanted to talk about that. It used to be that you would define a vile person as someone who says or does

vile things. If someone said or did vile things, we would say, well, consider the source. Look,

you know, this person is behaving in this way. He's producing apples. Producing crab apples.

We conclude that he's a crab apple tree.

In our highly inflamed and politicized environment, we have the definition of a vile person has shifted.

Now, a vile person is someone who says or does something that makes other people react in a vile way.

So if I were to say on national television,

something like, you know, I think little boys should be left alone and not be, and nobody should

try to turn them into little girls. And then the world of the transsexuals erupts in a white

sheet of flame, and they start saying and doing all kinds

of vile things. The conclusion today is that I did a vile thing because I caused this vileness to erupt.

By saying something, no matter how much, no matter how commonsensical it was. Well, I bring all this up because in the aftermath of

this CNN segment airing, the Christchurch office got scores, if not hundreds, of vile phone calls,

obscene phone calls, people signing us up for porn websites, just scores of little hate geysers

erupted. And it was because there was a news story about a group that believes that the 19th

Amendment should be repealed, even if they believe it should be repealed way down the road after a bunch

of other things. Just that, that political conviction caused a bunch of people to overflow in

white hot fury. I just finished, I have a letters feature on my blog. Same thing there. It wasn't scores,

but it was a whole lot of new visitors to my blog with some of which went down the effing on
