Summary

Many experts braced for the worst and predicted a Covid-19 crisis in Africa. But while numbers have climbed up in some countries like South Africa, the continent has largely escaped the worst of the pandemic. 0:05.9	the threat of COVID-19 overwhelming Africa's health care systems is escalating.
0:10.6	The countries in the African region are not aware they had predicted that they would be
