I'm Brian Tetta, executive producer of The View, and today we're doing something a little different.

We often have our warm-up comedian Regina DeChico ask the host questions from our audience during

commercial breaks, and it's always entertaining. So in today's episode, you'll hear some of the

fun that you don't get to see on the show. It was taped just a bit ago when our friend in 2020

co-anchor Deborah Roberts was guest co-hosting for the day. This is Behind the Table.

Are we ready for some questions, ladies? Okay, ready. Here's the first one.

My coworker never does his job. How do I approach him? Well, I have a question then. The coworker

never does his job. Does that mean you're doing the coworker's job? Yes. Oh, no. You've got to

say something. No. But do you say something to the coworker or do you say something to the boss?

The question. I would go to the authorities. I would go to the coworker first and give him a

chance to step it up, and then if he doesn't go to the boss. That's a good idea. That's a good

one. Easier said than done. Well, let's think about how to do a psychodrama. How would you say it

to the coworker? What would you say? Roll play. She like psychotherapy roleplay. Let's play this.

Tell her a given example of what you would say to her. Because you're very diplomatic.

Not. I'm like, I'm the wrong person. Listen, you're not pulling your weight. And as it turns out,

now I have to pull it. And it's not fair. So if you can pull your weight and get your job done,

please do so. Okay. I'll play the other part. I'm going to have to go somewhere else. The other

part, the guys want to say, that's your opinion. I'm pulling my weight plenty. Okay. So let's let

Brian. And this is and this is what I would say. And I would say, you know, the anecdote.

Is this Spanish? If he's Spanish, that'll work. Can we get another question?

Yes, we can get another question. Okay. I'm currently dating three men.
