Marie Bowen, I think, made it popular. And I think it's such an awesome frame to work from

when working with clients. Because most of the time, our clients come in in some kind of victim

mentality about how they've been hurt, betrayed, or something like that, right? And we,

if you draw a triangle, right, down at the bottom, and we put a triangle upside down, the bottom,

that point of that triangle looking downward is the victim v all right just it looks like a v the

letter v in the upper right is the rescuer and the upper left is the perpetrator okay so you might

draw that in your mind victim rescuer perpetrator often called the villain or persecutor and that triangle is what we're going to be unpacking here,
