It's news-ish with Betty.

Kids in the UK are probably noticing a change to their McDonald's order.

That's because for this week only, the UK branch, so not the ones in America, but the UK branch, I guess they care more about their kids.

They've decided to bring awareness to children's mental health by dropping the smile from

the typical Happy Meal box and referring to it only as the meal.

Wait a minute, like the whole point of a happy meal is it makes you happy and it's a smile.

Like what's, why would you take a smile out and take happy out? I'm angry this has made me an angry meal.

Okay so they're making this change in reference to a recent study and that study found

that 48% of children admit to feeling pressure to be happy all the time.

Okay?

So now, when a child orders, quote unquote, the meal, in the box will be a sheet of

stickers those stickers are going to be different smiles that they can choose

from to replace the typical smiley face on their McDonald's box.

Okay.
