You wake up with thirst, you go to bed with thirst, you enter one thing after, you've got thirsts.

You all thirst for a thousand things.

Jesus says, I am the kind of being that if you would drink here, your thirst would be satisfied.

All of them.

From the moment you wake up, there's already something you're looking for, something you want, something you feel you need.

And it just keeps going all day long.

It is not hard, is it, to understand why John 316 is perhaps the most famous verse in the Bible. Perhaps the most memorized verse in the Bible?

Perhaps the most loved verse in the Bible.

It is not hard to see why that's the case.

The reason, among others,

is that in this verse, there are such massive realities, seven or eight of them.

Realities greater than which doesn't exist.

God, love, the world, son of God, faith in God, perishing forever, and living forever and whoever,

and whoever, you or not.

It's just, there's nothing bigger.
