One of the best things you can do in almost any situation is just get out and walk for a while.

This is the thing I know intellectually and don't do

nearly often enough. So I'm trying to follow the correct advice a little more. Anyway,

today on the Vergecast, we're going to do something we've done a couple of times before,

which is talk all about the Vergecast. We're going to do a whole episode about the Verge and the

Verge cast and the future of media and video podcasts and

advertising, all kinds of questions you guys have been asking us about the Verge.

I grabbed Helen Havlack, our publisher, and Eli Patel, my co-host, and our editor-in-chief,

and we're just going to answer as many of your questions as we possibly can.
