The thing that I have or the things that I use on a daily basis now that have really been a huge part of my

toughening up process has been and this is definitely I didn't do them all at first and some of them I've only recently added

Getting your diet right the biggest part of getting your diet right isn't just that you're going to be mentally

Optimized which is huge if you want to have discipline and all of that stuff there. They're actually
