Summary
I love the concept of leaving the ladder down—meaning leave a path for those behind you to follow in your success. As women, I think it is so important that we cheer each other on, help each other achieve big dreams, and teach each other what we have already learned. Not only should you be a mentor to others, but you should also seek out a mentor. It is a beautiful, biblical practice that includes mentorship, discipleship, and legacy-building!
