And there's been a lot of research that's come out lately indicating here's what happens

And I thought, you know, there's been a ton of stuff that's come out,

The benefits of a 10 minute, 11 minute, or 12 minute walk from research that primarily has come out within the last year, although some of it might be a little bit older than that.

So two of the most recent pieces of research, and again, these are massive studies. This one, this one got huge headlines,

that a 10-minute walk every day will lower your risk of an early death by 23%. They also discovered

that a 10-minute walk once a week improved outcomes from COVID.

Research has also discovered that a 10-minute daily walk improves cognitive performance and memory,
