Have you ever had a big walking goal?

We're going to talk about that.

The value of a big walking goal, which I know sounds a little strange since I always talk about,

let's keep it small.

Let's start small.

Welcome to Walking His Fitness, a daily 10-minute podcast providing a little added motivation for you to get out and take the walk, and today's 10-minute walk starts right after this.

It is a beautiful morning in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I'm walking past a sign right now.

In fact, I'll tap it so you can hear it.

It says, Fields 8 and 9 entrance with an arrow pointing in the direction I'm walking.

So today's walk is happening amongst baseball and soccer fields.

A lot of games from little kids

all the way up to adults happen on these fields,

including tournaments, I don't know if it's national tournaments,

certainly regional tournaments.

People travel far and wide to play here, to stay here.

And I think with some of these tournaments,

you actually have to pay to get in and sit in the stands.

The thing is, if you don't mind standing or walking,

you can pretty much see every game that's happening by walking along the fence.

And right now I've got, I don't know, what field is this?
