It's my heart pounding so hard because I love the valve. You're going to hear a little

drilling. The drilling is my tears.

That's my tears of like the breakup of Jackson Brittany. Mm-hmm. I'm feeling all the things and it's very physical. I don't really know what's happening to my body

so I'm I really apologize for that you know what I love though I love that you're so in

touch with your body that you know that like emotional stuff that you're feeling is coming out in a physical way and I commend you.

Thank you. Just for being aware. Yeah, I'm super aware, but you're going to hear a lot of it. It's going to come and go and get louder and it's just based on my emotions and

where I am with this episode. So I think we just get into it. I think what people do need to

understand about you and it will help explain a lot is that you are an

empath. I am an empath. Like right now you can hear the tears. You can hear them

that's that it sounds like a like a dentist drill but really it's just like very heavy tears.

It's like a physical manifestation.

I hate that and it's people don't often talk about when you they talk about

manifesting is such a positive thing right they don't realize like sometimes it could be
