heard of him Miami Dolphins owner he's the guy who essentially developed all

of Hudson Yards in Manhattan uh... he is teamed up with the elitias and he's

a part of this so the combined net worth by the way the two entities is

somewhere roughly in or around fifteen billion give give give or take a few

dollars okay and they're essentially asking for

half of it or near half in public money that's the simplest way to put it
