All right, I want to start off this podcast with the the word.

No, now vagina, vulnerable.

This seems to be the theme of this week, vulnerability,

a word that I'm extremely uncomfortable by. But this week has just been, I don't know what's going on. It's just been so freaking prevalent. You know, it started off with BE, right? Who, you know, who's going to be

exploring a one-on-one. And what after our talk, you know, after our talk that we recorded,

you know, we sat, we were sitting there, we were chatting a bit, you know, and he did mention,

he said, you know, there were times were i could feel you just totally there and in the moment and then other

times where you know you're kind of like pulling back or or just you know where i was a little bit

more withdrawn and and that's true that's so true you know what what he what he saw and what he's touching on and

actually what other two other guys this week touched on believe it or not was uh and so

before i finish that sentence because it just keeps coming up like okay obviously i need must

need to be talking about this.

It's like landing in my plate, landing in my plate.

But what he was touching on was, you know, me balancing these unique dynamics
