Summary

Earlier this year, former US public official and investment banker Katherine Austin Fitts made an astonishing claim: for years, she argued, the United States secretly spent 21 trillion dollars of taxpayer money to build an elaborate network of underground doomsday bunkers -- bunkers most of the public would not be allowed to enter.
