This has been

a sad week for me. I watched my first football game in a long time besides the Super Bowl which is so funny how we you know put parameters on the things that we say we're not

going to do or I say I didn't watch football last year but I watched the Super Bowl like that does like that matters

But I watched I watched the Bears and he got defeated in a crushing faction and

I don't know why, but it just kind of ruined the next few days. It kind of ruined the next couple of days for me.

And I don't know why sports have that effect on us.

What's wild is that happened yesterday and you've already predetermined that not only today

but tomorrow will be a shitty day.
