But before we go full tilt into this next chapter, I think it's worth discussing Biden's legacy

and what he and his Democratic majority were able to accomplish. And to also offer something of a baseline for what the government should be doing

for its voters as all eyes turned to a Republican majority. So in terms of legacy for Biden,

I would honestly say that it's mixed. And I say that because his whole reason for running

against Trump way back in 2016

is because he wanted to protect our democracy from a budding autocrat. And yet, looking ahead

four years, it was largely a function of Biden's age that he was unable to prosecute the case
