Today we are going to be doing a roundtable of the conflicts arising in West Asia, which I am calling now the Global War on Terror 2.0.

And we're doing 2.0 because Global War on Terror 1.0 only lasted 20 years, killed millions of people from Afghanistan to Libya,

accomplished pretty much nothing. Al-Qaeda is still around. The Taliban are still around,

and there are open-air slave markets in Libya and the Islamic State's ideology has spread its way across Africa in the Sahel.

And yes, while you got poor, less educated, and we want more of that. So starting in Yemen,

going to Israel, resuming the war, Lebanon and Syria, war with Iran, and finally touching on

the containment and isolation of China. And, you know, Trump's obsession with that.

But even though it's been a Western geostrategic goal for decades now, anyways.

So we should actually talk about the recruiting crisis as well.
