troubled this implies we have a choice in the matter so why then then our heart so often troubled? And how do we find

and walk in the peace of God that surpasses our circumstances and even our understanding? Well, we've

talked many times on the show about the power of your words, which we often talk to my guest

about that, Pastor Allen Wright. He joins us about once a month. And as always, I just pray, he's going to

speak a blessing over you toward the end of the show. But he delivered a sermon to his church

recently called the Untroubled Heart. So we're going to talk today about the message in that
