Man, I hope I always remember how hard this can be, how hard it is, how hard it will always be to get it right.

I remember one year ago you and I, many of you and I attempted to do something hard.

One, drink a gallon of water to work out twice a day of 45 minutes in length, separated by several hours and one of those workouts being outdoors.

And just to illustrate how hard it is to do 75 hard, I can't even remember.

I told you a couple of weeks ago, I started this nine week, three month group rowing regimen, three times a week.

Where we on average I would say row somewhere between eight and 12,000 meters for every workout.

You know, once a week it's endurance.
